Business software
Software built around the decisions your team makes every day.
Karuturi Dynamics builds operations platforms, dashboards, websites and apps for established businesses and the startups growing into one, shaped by the people who use them, at a desk or on the floor.
What Karuturi Dynamics builds
Four kinds of software, one set of records.
Often built together for one business, so the website, the platform behind it and the dashboard above it share the same records.
Work that runs today through spreadsheets, calls and messages moves into one system, so every order can be traced from the day it arrives to the day it leaves.
The figures a manager checks every morning sit on one screen, current, and drawn from the systems that already hold them.
A site that states exactly what the business does, reads cleanly on a phone, and brings enquiries to the right person.
Websites have their own pageStaff and customers get an app that installs from the browser onto the phone they already carry, on Android and iPhone.
How it is built
The same four rules on every project.
Whatever its size.
- 01
Around the decision, not the database
Each screen answers the question the person opening it has to answer, measured against the sheet it replaces.
- 02
Phone first where staff are on the floor
People who work standing up get a phone screen made for them, and the desktop gets the wider view for planning.
- 03
Your existing systems stay the source
Where software such as your accounting system already holds a record, the platform reads it instead of asking anyone to type it again.
- 04
Yours to keep
The code, the data and the accounts it runs on are handed over in your name, so the platform stays with your business.
Work
Built for five businesses.
Software Karuturi Dynamics has built for businesses in manufacturing, distribution, construction and real estate.
Questions
Before the first screen is drawn.
If yours is not here, ask it in the meeting.
Can it work with the software we already use?
Usually, where that software offers a way to connect. The Phantom Hands platform, for example, reads every sales order from Zoho Books, so nobody re-enters it. Karuturi Dynamics checks what your systems allow before the proposal is written.
Will it work on our staff's phones?
Yes. Apps are built to install from the browser on Android and iPhone, without an app store, and the screens used on the floor are designed at phone width first.
Who owns the code and the data?
Your business does. The platform is built to be handed over into your own accounts, and the data stays in a database held in your name.
What happens after launch?
Karuturi Dynamics keeps the software running, applies fixes and makes the changes your business asks for, under a maintenance agreement agreed at the start.
How does a project start?
With a 30-minute meeting about how your team works today. Karuturi Dynamics then sends a written proposal with the scope, the stages, the price and the screens you will see first.
